We coach with purpose—holding our athletes to a high standard while giving them the tools, structure, and support they need to grow. We believe in their potential, but more importantly, we train them to believe in it themselves. Every program we run is designed to build discipline, accountability, and a winning mindset that carries over into everything they do.

As a Youth Social Services organization serving the greater Daytona Beach area of Florida, we are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where youth can explore their identities, build confidence, and develop essential life skills.
Our approach focuses on guiding young people toward positive decision-making, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and fostering a deep sense of social responsibility and cultural awareness. Our Services
A Wide Range of Programs
Since 2020, M.B.S.A. has been committed to developing young students as they transition from adolescence into responsible, self-sufficient adulthood. Our focus is on building strong foundations through community service, financial literacy, economic awareness, and entrepreneurship—key areas that prepare them for real-world success.
Entrepreneurship Program
Our Entrepreneurship Program equips youth with values, broadens perspectives, and connects them with inspiring individuals. Through Community Service and Financial Literacy, we spark ideas for aspiring entrepreneurs. With 50+ partnerships in the southeast, we aim to foster NIL contracts with local businesses and establish economic growth while building a supportive network for academy members.
Our Financial Awareness Program builds a strong values foundation and equips youth with the knowledge to make informed financial decisions It fosters growth, broadens perspectives, and introduces new ideas. Participants gain financial insight, confidence, and discipline through meaningful interactions with mentors and peers, preparing them for a purposeful future.
Community Service Opportunities
Engaging actively in your community creates a lasting positive influence on society as a whole. Community offers athletes the chance to gain valuable life skills and a deeper understanding of today’s world while assisting those in need. We commit our time and energy beyond the fields and courts to contribute to various forms of positive community service. Among our efforts are the services provided to the Rose Marie Bryon Children Center in Daytona Beach, FL, and the Spring Hill Boys and Girls Club in Deland, FL. Additionally, we host our annual Suit and Tie Male Beach Walk in Daytona Beach, sponsored by A.E. & Trinity Ent LLC, a marketing and promotional company based in Daytona Beach.
Mentorship Program
Our Mentorship Program aims to equip young student athletes with the essential skills to become outstanding leaders in the future. We take pride in being a catalyst for youth development and aspire to keep making a positive impact in their lives.
